How granular is the role and permission system?
Very. OpusFlow’s Role-Based Access Control lets you define permissions at the individual module, record type, and field level. You can restrict a user to read-only access on financial data while giving them full edit rights on projects, for example. Permissions are assigned via profiles that you can apply to multiple users at once, so updating […]
What happens after the appointment — does OpusFlow handle the follow-up too?
Yes. Once the design and calculation are complete, OpusFlow’s automation engine can send a templated follow-up email the moment the quote goes out. OpusAI goes further: instruct it in plain language to draft a personalised proposal email, create the CRM contact record, and summarise the system spec from your notes — all without manual data […]
Can all three calculations — solar, battery, and heat pump — be combined into a single quote?
Yes. The solar design, battery recommendation, and heat pump sizing all feed into the same quotation flow within OpusFlow. The combined ROI can be presented as a single financial picture covering the full renewable energy installation, and the full output exports into one branded PDF proposal. Your consultant can cover all three in a single […]
How accurate are the solar yield and ROI projections?
Solar yield calculations are based on real localised irradiance data, factoring in the exact orientation, tilt, and shading conditions entered during the design. The ROI model incorporates current energy tariffs, applicable subsidies, and hardware degradation curves to build a 25-year projection. For the Dutch market, additional levers are available including feed-in cost modeling and salderingsregeling […]
Do my consultants need technical training to use the calculation tools?
The tools are designed to be used on-site by sales consultants, not engineers. The PV Designer handles string validation and technical checks automatically, flagging errors without requiring the user to understand the underlying rules. The battery and heat pump calculators guide the user through a step-by-step input flow and generate the recommendation from there. Most […]
Does the consultant need technical training to run the heat loss calculation?
The calculator is designed to be used by sales consultants on-site, not heat pump engineers. The 3D scan does the heavy lifting for room geometry, the input flow guides the consultant through the remaining variables, and the output is generated automatically from there. The plain-language recommendation is specifically written to be read straight to the […]
Can the heat pump calculation be combined with a solar or battery quote in the same proposal?
Yes. The heat pump calculator sits inside the same quotation flow as the PV Designer and battery calculator, so your consultant can cover solar design, battery sizing, and heat pump assessment in a single appointment and present a combined proposal with a full renewable energy picture — including a joint ROI calculation — in one […]
Is the heat loss calculation certified to a recognised standard?
Yes. The calculation follows the DIN EN 12831-1:2017 methodology, which is the recognised European standard for determining building heating load. It covers per-room heat loss including U-values, thermal bridges, ventilation, airtightness, and surface adjacency. The output is a DIN-compliant PDF report that includes a per-room breakdown, total heat demand, and the final hardware recommendation — […]
Which 3D scanning tools does OpusFlow work with?
OpusFlow accepts scans from iPhone Pro (via LiDAR), Matterport, Polycam, and other scanners that export in OBJ, STL, GLTF, or GLB formats. The scan is processed directly in the browser — no file upload to a server is required, which keeps the process fast and keeps your customer data on-device during the calculation.
I don’t see a role that fits me right now. Can I still reach out?
Absolutely. If you believe you’d be a strong addition to the team, send us an open application at [email protected]. Tell us who you are, what you do well, and why OpusFlow interests you. We read everything.
Is there room to grow within OpusFlow?
Yes, and fast. We’re a growing company, which means the roles and responsibilities evolve quickly. If you perform well, you won’t have to wait years for the next step. Several people in the team have already moved into broader or more senior roles since joining.
How long does the application process take?
We keep it short. Two interviews, a decision, and an offer. We respect your time and we don’t drag things out. Most candidates go from first interview to offer within two to three weeks.
Where is the team based and do I need to come into the office?
Our dutch office is in Deventer, Netherlands, our Spanish office is in Monda, Málaga. We work hybrid, so you have flexibility in where you work day to day. Some roles may require more in-person time depending on the team, which will always be clear in the job listing.
Do I need experience in the solar or sustainable energy industry?
No. We care more about the right mindset than sector knowledge. You’ll learn the industry quickly by working with the product and the team every day. What we do look for is curiosity, ownership, and the drive to get things done.
Is OpusAI included?
Yes, OpusAI is included in every contract. A usage rate limit applies, but if you need more you can increase your limit at minimal cost.
Do you charge per quote or per project?
No. One subscription covers everything, no matter how much you use it. You should never be penalised for growing your business.
Is onboarding included?
Onboarding is not included in the subscription price. It starts from €1,500 depending on the complexity of your setup. Your sales consultant will walk you through the exact cost during contract signing.
What happens when I add or remove users?
Each user is charged or credited on a prorated basis, so you only pay for what you actually use. Annual contracts renew automatically, with the user count calculated based on your team size one month before renewal.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time. Once your annual contract ends, you’re free to switch back to monthly if you prefer.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, the minimum is one year. You can also sign up for multiple years upfront if you want an even better rate.
Who can I refer to the OpusFlow referral program?
You can refer professional solar installers and companies working with renewable energy technologies, such as HVAC, battery storage, and EV charging. The ideal referral is an installer with 10+ employees who manages multiple projects and could benefit from running their operations more efficiently with OpusFlow.
