Bug Fixes
- Residential projects: Fixed missing primary contacts
Fixed an issue where the primary contact selected when creating a residential project did not appear in the project's Contacts list. - Battery calculator: Fixed large consumption-file uploads
Fixed an issue that prevented larger consumption CSV files from being used in the battery calculator. Uploaded profiles also now populate the derived peak demand value in the consumption form. - Project Kanban: Fixed duplicate projects and incorrect totals
Fixed an issue where changing filters or scrolling could duplicate projects and cause pipeline counts or values to include archived projects. - Datagrid presets: Fixed incomplete resets
Fixed an issue where switching from a saved preset back to the default view could retain the previous preset's column order or widths. - Exact Online invoices: Fixed missing PDF attachments
Fixed an issue where invoices integrated through the invoice integration action could be booked without their PDF attachment. - Ticket filters: Fixed user-filter results
Fixed incorrect results when using "is empty" or "does not contain" filters on ticket users. - Stock thresholds: Fixed unauthorized editing access
Fixed an issue that allowed users without the required stock-rule permission to open and edit stock threshold settings. - File previews: Restored PDF previews
Fixed PDF preview functionality in the file preview experience.
New Features
- Trigger automations when project notes are added:
You can now use a newly added project note as an automation trigger. - Personalize email templates with your company details:
The email builder now includes company and branding variables, including support for using your company logo in templates and previews. - Track ticket check-in and check-out duration
Tickets can now show and export the duration between check-in and check-out, including a decimal-hours view. This duration is also available when retrieving tickets through automations. - Add structured payment references to supported Exact Online invoices:
For Belgian Exact Online administrations, sales entries and sales invoices can now include a structured payment reference to support payment matching from bank imports. - Offer flexible article pricing in quotes:
You can create multiple named price options for an article and select the appropriate option when adding it to a quote. - Let customers choose optional quote items:
You can mark quote lines as optional, and customers can review and confirm which optional items to include with updated totals. - Let customers upload project documents securely:
You can enable customer uploads in project documents within the customer portal. Customers can upload multiple files and delete files they uploaded, while uploaded files are clearly identified in OpusFlow. - Tailor homepage and navigation layouts by role:
Admins can configure which homepage widgets and sidebar navigation items are available for each role, including their visibility and ordering. - Add battery ROI charts to PDF templates:
You can add self-consumption and autonomy donut charts to PDF templates using Battery ROI values. - Update account managers across multiple projects:
You can now change the account manager for multiple projects at once. - Notify ticket subscribers about new chat activity:
Ticket subscribers can now receive in-app notifications when new chat activity is added to a ticket.
Improvements
- Manage project hours without leaving the project:
You can add hours directly from a project and change the date as well as the time on existing hour registrations. - Control VAT behavior for grouped quote articles:
You can now choose whether grouped sub-articles use the main article's VAT rate or their own configured VAT rates. - Keep shared ticket updates visible:
The Full Circle ticket dialog now refreshes automatically so you can see another user's status or approval changes while viewing the ticket, without overwriting your active edits. - Strengthen Peppol invoice preparation:
Peppol recipient registration is now checked before sending or finalizing eligible invoices, with a clear option to continue without Peppol when a recipient is not registered. Invoice line prices also retain greater precision to prevent validation issues, and private residential invoices no longer show an unnecessary Peppol prompt. - Customize visible quote-line columns:
You can now control which columns are visible for quote lines, including in the quote creation flow.
Why it matters
- Efficiency: Faster hour registration, bulk project updates, configurable layouts, and focused quote views reduce repetitive administrative work.
- Control: You gain more control over VAT handling, customer portal uploads, role-based layouts, and stock-threshold access.
- Precision: Improved pipeline totals, ticket filtering, duration tracking, and Peppol preparation help keep operational and financial information accurate.
- Customer collaboration: Optional quote selections, portal document uploads, and ticket-chat notifications help keep customers and internal teams aligned.
- Reliability: Fixes to project contacts, large calculator uploads, invoice attachments, and PDF previews make core workflows more dependable.
We're building OpusFlow to work the way you do — reliably, simply, and always improving.
Bug Fixes
- Invoicing (Peppol): Fixed PDF attachments that were missing the invoice number and date, and corrected the scheme used during finalize.
- Projects: Fixed an empty contact list in the project Assign dialog.
- Planning: Travel distance now calculates from the previous appointment instead of always from home, and the entry dialog closes automatically after an update.
- Forms: Fixed an error when creating a reusable form section, and stopped the floating "Create Invoice" button from overlapping the form.
- Tickets: Fixed the attendance category column in the ticket overview.
- PV Designer: Fixed image uploads and a crash on step 2.
- Integrations: Corrected field naming and reference-length limits for the Communiqate and Clickker integrations, and fixed company linking.
New Features
- The New Stock Dashboard: total visibility over every article, finally. We rebuilt stock management from the ground up. You can now forecast shortages *before* they happen, get smart reorder suggestions grouped by supplier, set custom min/max thresholds per article, and move stock between locations in a couple of clicks. And yes — articles sitting at zero stock now stay visible, so you'll never miss a reorder again.
- Standalone Battery Calculator: You can now open a dedicated battery calculator from the management area, walk through a guided wizard, and get instant payback and ROI figures - complete with an overview page, search, and clickable steps. It even falls back to live ENTSO-E energy prices when needed, so your numbers reflect the real market. We also built it right into the quote flow - pick a battery, and the system handles pricing, inverters, and tax for you.
- Peppol Pre-Flight Validation: catch invoice errors before they cost you. For our Belgian installers - we now validate every invoice against Peppol e-invoicing rules before you finalize it. No more rejected invoices and manual rework; if something's missing, you'll know upfront.
- Purchase Order Deliveries: book what actually arrived. You can now book deliveries directly against your purchase order lines and assign them to the right location, keeping your stock numbers honest the moment goods hit the warehouse.
- 2BA Catalog Integration (NL): your supplier data, always in sync. Search the 2BA catalog, publish your articles, and keep supplier data current without the manual entry.
- More Mounting Systems in PV Designer. We added PanelClaw support and reworked our Valk integration, so your roof designs match more of the hardware you actually install.
- API Expansion: connect more of your projects. We extended our machine-to-machine API so external systems can pull all projects and read, add, and update project notes.
Improvements
- Make your catalog yours: Article types now support custom icons and appearances, so your team spots the right category at a glance.
- Company variables in PDF templates: Drop company details straight into your templates as variables - set it once, reuse everywhere.
- Faster dropdowns: We optimized how entity lists load, so large accounts no longer wait around for them to appear.
- Smarter search: Company search now matches on reference number, and your contact email panel now includes Gmail-synced messages.
- Sharper battery & inverter data: We enriched our ENF database with extra properties and a new annual degradation calculation for more accurate long-term projections.
Why it matters
- Compliance: Peppol pre-flight validation keeps your Belgian invoices audit-proof and accepted the first time.
- Efficiency: Smart reorder suggestions and the Battery Calculator cut hours of manual spreadsheet work down to a few clicks.
- Precision: Stock forecasting and per-article thresholds mean you order the right amount, at the right time, every time.
- Control: From delivery booking to custom article types, you get a tighter grip on your stock and your data.
Bug Fixes
Saved Views: Fixed an issue where your column order could reset when switching filters. Your saved layout now sticks.
Forms: Form fills linked to a project through a planning entry now show a clickable project name, so you can jump straight to the project from the form.
Automations Lite — Ticket Deadlines: Ticket deadlines can now be set up to 24 months out — previously they were being silently capped.
Automations Lite — User Fields: Dynamic user assignments now route correctly when used in user-select fields.
Form Validation: Fixed a regression that allowed certain invalid form fills to slip past validation.
New Features
Exact Online — Your App, Your Rules: Take back control of your accounting integration. You can now connect Exact Online using your own app credentials instead of sharing a platform-wide app. Activate per tenant, confirm the connection works before going live, and lock down incoming messages with a secret key. A serious win for partners managing accounting for multiple installers.
BI Dashboards — Sharing & Permissions: Stop screenshotting your dashboards. You can now share dashboards with specific users or departments, choosing view-only or edit access. A new 3-step creation flow makes setting up a dashboard quicker and clearer, and you can pin the ones you use most, export individual widgets or entire dashboards, and see at a glance who built the view you're looking at.
Customer Portal — Organization Switcher: One login, every organization. Customers who belong to multiple organizations can now switch between them from a single header dropdown in the Customer Portal — automatically, no setup required. No more juggling separate accounts for the same person.
Google Calendar Invites for Planning: Land directly in your customer's calendar. Planning entries now generate Google Calendar invites natively, on top of the .ics invites we shipped earlier this month. Send a planning confirmation and the event shows up in their calendar with the right attendees and time — no extra clicks.
Project Sub-Sources with UTM Tracking: Know exactly which campaign brought the lead in. Configure sub-sources beneath your main lead sources, capture UTM parameters on every incoming project, and automatically reassign projects when a sub-source is removed. Your marketing finally gets the attribution it deserves.
Ticket Comments in Project Notes: One feed for everything happening on a project. Comments left on a project's tickets now show up in the project notes overview, chronologically alongside your other notes. You see the full story of a project without bouncing between tickets.
Primary Contact on Commercial Projects: Set the right contact from the start. When creating a commercial project, you can now nominate a primary contact up front instead of going back to add it afterwards.
Configurable "Finished" Project Statuses: You decide what "done" means. Admins can now flag any project status as "finished" via a new editable option on the status configuration. That flag drives reporting, filtering, and the project lifecycle logic — your definition, not ours.
CommuniQate — Pass More Context Into WhatsApp: Link any record into a WhatsApp conversation. The CommuniQate automation action now supports multiple custom data fields instead of just the project ID. Link tickets, planning entries, or any other record straight into the thread.
Esdec Rail System Selection: Get accurate Esdec bills of materials the first time. When configuring an Esdec substructure in PV Designer V2, you can now pick the rail system from a dropdown, so the bill of materials matches what you'll actually order.
Project Kanban — Ticket Badges: Spot active work at a glance. Every project card on the kanban now shows a color-coded ticket icon and an open-ticket count badge. You see where the action is without opening a single project.
Improvements
Projects List — Filter by Multiple Countries: You can now filter the Projects list by multiple countries at once, instead of one country at a time. A small change that makes a big difference for international groups.
Lost Reason — Smoother Editing: Follow-up polish on the Lost Reason tracking shipped earlier this month: cleaner inline editing and clearer presentation on the project detail page.
Quotes List — Cleaner Default View: Removed the long-unused "Type" column from the Quotes list so your default view shows the columns you actually use.
Translated Field Labels in Automations: Custom field labels in CommuniQate and other automation actions are now translated across all supported languages.
Exact Online — Activation Polish: Smoother activation, connection setup, and reconnect flows across the Exact Online integration.
Why it matters
Scale: Multi-Entity Finance and Exact Online BYO credentials mean OpusFlow now grows with your group structure instead of forcing you to compromise.
Visibility: BI Dashboards with sharing & permissions, ticket comments in project notes, and project kanban ticket badges all point the same direction — the information you need, where you're already looking.
Attribution: Project sub-sources with UTM tracking turn every incoming lead into measurable marketing data, automatically.
Customer Experience: The organization switcher in the Customer Portal removes one of the last reasons your customers had to email you instead of self-serving.
Precision: The Esdec rail system dropdown means the bill of materials matches what you'll actually order — no more mismatches caught at the warehouse.
We're building OpusFlow to work the way you do — reliably, simply, and always improving.
Bug Fixes
- PV Designer V2 on Custom Addresses: V2 was incorrectly disabled for projects with manually entered addresses (no country code). Now, if valid coordinates exist, V2 is available regardless of how the address was entered.
- PV Designer V3 Session Token: Fixed an issue where the Google Maps session token wasn't fetched on V3 initialization, which could cause map display failures.
- Stock Datagrid Row IDs: Fixed duplicate row warnings in the stock datagrid by including
price_per_unitin the row identity. Entries with different unit prices are now correctly shown as separate rows. - Billing Run Retry Logic: Improved retry handling for billing runs to handle cold-start failures in Azure Functions, reducing intermittent billing errors.
- Mail Template Metadata Editing: The gear icon on the mail templates datagrid now correctly opens the metadata editing dialog instead of doing nothing.
New Features
- Leave Management: Your team's leave is now managed entirely within OpusFlow. Configure leave types (vacation, sick, personal), submit requests with a calendar view, and track balances, all with role-based approval flows. No more spreadsheets or external tools.
- Contracts Module: Create, manage, and track contracts directly within OpusFlow. Set up payment flows, configure contract lines, and link contracts to your projects and customers. A fully integrated contract lifecycle from draft to signature.
- Project Lifecycle Tracker: See exactly where every project stands at a glance. A new visual status progression bar shows your project's journey through each stage. Admins can configure which statuses appear on the tracker via a new "show on tracker" setting.
- Lost Stage & Lost Reason Tracking: When a project doesn't go through, you now know why. Flag project statuses as "lost" stages, and when a project moves to that status, your team is prompted to select a reason. View and edit lost reasons directly on the project detail page, giving you valuable data for improving your win rate.
- ENF Product Import: Import solar panels, batteries, and inverters directly from the ENF database into your article catalogue. Search the ENF library, select products, set your pricing, and you're ready to quote. No more manual data entry for product specs.
- Stock Mutation V3: A completely redesigned stock mutation flow with a mobile-friendly UI. Add articles via a responsive bottom sheet, edit quantities inline, and manage draft mutations with a cleaner, faster interface.
- ROI Battery Calculator: Advanced Levers: For consultants who want precision: opt-in levers for feed-in penalties (terugleverkosten), net metering phase-out cliff modeling, smart dispatch simulation, and split inflation rates. Defaults stay untouched. Enable what you need for more realistic payback projections.
- iCalendar Invites in Emails: Your automated planning emails can now include
.icscalendar invites. When you send a planning confirmation, your customer gets a calendar event they can accept directly. No more "what time was that again?" calls. - CommuniQate Project Linking: When starting a WhatsApp conversation via the automation builder, you can now pass the project ID as a metafield. This lays the groundwork for linking incoming messages back to the right project.
- Ticket Kanban Filters: Filter your ticket kanban by country, multiple users (include/exclude), and date ranges on due date, start date, or creation date. Find the tickets that matter without scrolling.
- Editable Ticket Types: You can now change a ticket's type after creation. When you do, the available statuses update dynamically to match the new type. No need to delete and recreate.
- Automation Trigger: Ticket User Assignment: Automations can now trigger when a user is added to or updated on a ticket. Use this to send notifications, update fields, or kick off workflows when team assignments change.
- Hour Registration: Exact Globe Sync: Sync hour registrations to Exact Globe directly from the datagrid. Use the per-row sync button or bulk-sync selected entries. Projects are auto-created in Globe if needed.
- OpusAgent: Your AI Assistant in OpusFlow: Meet your new AI-powered co-worker inside OpusFlow. OpusAgent helps you create tickets, projects, and contacts, search across your data, build analytics charts, manage planning entries, log hour registrations, and configure datagrid presets, all through a simple chat. Just tell it what you need in your own language, and it handles the clicks for you. Want to know more? Ask your consultant or support. We're rolling this out to a select group of early adopters first and would love your feedback before the broader release.
Improvements
- Mail Template Preview on Hover: Hovering over a template in the mail templates list now shows a live preview popover. See the subject and rendered HTML body without opening the template.
- Lazy-Loaded Tabs with Badge Counts: Project and CRM detail pages now load tabs on demand, making initial page loads faster. Tabs also show badge counts (number of contacts, emails, child projects, etc.) so you can see at a glance where the activity is.
- Smarter Datagrid Filters: Nested relationship filters now merge correctly instead of overwriting each other. If you filter on multiple fields within the same relation, they all apply. No more dropped conditions.
- Email Template Visibility Fix: Templates marked "hidden from all" are now correctly scoped. They're hidden only in the manual project email send flow. Quote, invoice, planning, and contract sends now properly surface all applicable templates. Template fetch limit also raised from 25 to 100.
- Gmail Integration Date Fix: The Gmail integration no longer ignores emails that are older than the contact's creation date. All relevant emails are now synced regardless of when the contact was added.
- PDF Generation Fix: JSONB columns in PDF templates are now fetched correctly, resolving cases where custom fields could appear empty in generated documents.
- Schletter Strength Verification: PV Designer now includes Schletter mounting system strength verification for more accurate structural checks.
Why it matters
Your whole operation, one platform. Leave Management, Contracts, and the Project Lifecycle Tracker close three gaps that used to push your team into spreadsheets or external tools. HR leave requests, contract billing, and project stage visibility now live where the rest of your work already is.
AI that does the clicking for you. OpusAgent isn't a chatbot that points you to menus. It creates tickets, logs hours, builds charts, and manages planning entries on your behalf. Tell it what you need in plain language and skip the navigation entirely.
Sell with better data. Lost Reason tracking turns every missed deal into an insight. ENF product imports eliminate manual spec entry. The Battery ROI calculator's advanced levers let your consultants present numbers that match real-world economics, not rough estimates.
Fewer workarounds, less friction. Ticket type editing, kanban filters, smarter datagrid filters, and lazy-loaded tabs are the kind of refinements that save 30 seconds a dozen times a day. That adds up.
Integrations that just work. iCalendar invites land in your customer's calendar. Hour registrations sync to Exact Globe. Gmail pulls in every relevant email. CommuniQate links WhatsApp threads to the right project. Each one is a manual step you no longer have to remember.
Bug Fixes
- PV Designer No Longer Freezes: A long-running freeze when working with map graphics on installation-plan components has been resolved by optimising how the layout data is handled and serialised. The designer stays responsive on large, complex roof layouts.
- PDF Template Variables Paste Anywhere: Variables from the Core Variables tree in the PDF template editor now paste correctly into Notepad, plain text fields, VS Code, chat inputs, and other non-Word targets, not just into Word. Word paste behaviour is unchanged.
- Schletter Mounting: Strength Verification & Flat-Roof Fixes: For installers using Schletter substructures. Schletter now runs an automatic per-solar-group strength verification (debounced, with status icons and BOM warnings), enforces all panels in the same direction, and correctly places dilatation sub-areas on flat roofs regardless of map rotation. The generic
roofHeight: 4default has been removed, so you'll always enter (or have BAG auto-fill) a real roof height. - Stock Rows With Same Article Stay Distinct: Rows with the same article but different price-per-unit values are now treated as separate rows. Your stock list stays accurate when the same item exists at multiple prices.
- Upload-Table Validation Fires Reliably: Form validation now runs as expected when uploading CSVs or changing field types in upload tables, catching malformed data before it reaches your records.
New Features
- Contracts: Stop juggling Word docs and signed PDFs across folders. You can now create recurring or one-off service contracts inside OpusFlow, send them to customers for digital signing via the Customer Portal, and let OpusFlow auto-generate invoices and collect SEPA Direct Debit payments via Mollie every night, with no manual chasing required. Track every contract from draft through active, suspended, and terminated, all in one place. (SEPA Direct Debit is available to Eurozone customers; requires connecting a Mollie account via Management → Settings → Integrations.)
- Leave Management & Break-Time Compliance Warnings: Native HR-grade leave tracking arrives. Your team can request leave, see balances at a glance on a dedicated overview, view pending and approved leave on the calendar, and admins get a clean approval/rejection workflow. Hour registrations now surface break-requirement warnings up front, so compliance issues don't show up at month-end.
- Email Template Hover Previews: Stop opening every template just to remember what's inside. Hover any row in the templates list and a sandboxed live preview appears, fetched on demand. Picking the right template takes a single glance.
- Stock Mutation v3: Adjusting inventory has been fully redesigned. The new multi-step flow walks you through type, location, and review screens, the mobile-first line editor supports barcode scanning and bulk approve/reject, and there's a dedicated UI for stock-check verification workflows. Available in 11 languages.
- iCalendar Invites in SendMail: Booking a meeting with a customer is now one tool, not two. SendMail actions can attach a real
.icscalendar invite tied to a planning entry, dropping straight into the recipient's Outlook, Google, or Apple Calendar with the right attendees and time. - Ticket Type Editing + Bulk Update: Picked the wrong ticket type at creation? You can now edit the type on an existing ticket. The status field updates to match the new type's allowed statuses. You can also bulk update type and status together across multiple tickets in one action.
- Lazy-Loaded Project Tabs with Live Count Badges: Heavy project pages now load only the tab you're looking at, and each tab carries a live badge showing real-time counts (children, contacts, emails, mutations, notes, documents, tickets, installation plans, forms, planning, contracts). You see at a glance where the work is, and the page opens noticeably faster.
- Battery ROI: Realistic Phase 1 + 2: For sales reps quoting batteries to Dutch customers. The ROI calculator now models the real Dutch economics: configurable terugleverkosten (flat or tiered, with Vattenfall, Essent, Eneco, and Greenchoice 2024 presets), the salderingsregeling phase-out cliff, smart-dispatch arbitrage, and decoupled inflation per energy stream (buy / feed-in / spot). All levers are opt-in and default off, so existing quotes keep their previous numbers until a consultant or admin enables them.
Improvements
- More Reliable PDF Generation: PDF templates that referenced nested JSONB fields (e.g. ROI variables, custom category data) could fail to render and force a retry. Templates now resolve those fields correctly the first time, in both the Word and HTML/Nunjucks pipelines, so quotes and invoices reach your customers without hiccups.
- Modern Ticket Datagrid Everywhere: Tickets shown inside ticket cards, the planning calendar, and the ticket widget now are matching the look, filters, and density of the main tickets view. Consistent behaviour across the app.
- Cleaner Subprojects Panel: The subprojects datagrid embedded inside a parent project no longer offers preset selection, keeping the in-project view focused and consistent. Presets remain available on the main projects list.
- Billing Run Resilience: The nightly billing run now retries on cold-start hiccups and uses per-request timeouts, with sharper error categorisation between temporary and permanent failures. The first invoice run of the day no longer occasionally stalls.
Why it matters
Less admin, more revenue. Contracts and Leave Management eliminate two entire workflows that used to live outside OpusFlow, in Word docs, spreadsheets, or separate HR tools. Now your team handles both without leaving the platform, and the nightly billing run means invoices go out while you sleep.
Faster quoting, smarter selling. The Battery ROI calculator finally speaks the language of Dutch energy economics: salderingsregeling phase-out, tiered feed-in tariffs, real supplier presets. Your sales reps can present credible, defensible numbers instead of back-of-envelope estimates.
Less waiting, fewer clicks. Lazy-loaded project tabs, email template previews, and the redesigned stock mutation flow all point the same direction: get to the information you need in one glance, not three clicks. Project pages open faster, the right template is obvious on hover, and stock adjustments follow a guided flow instead of a freeform form.
Rock-solid foundations. The PV Designer freeze, PDF rendering failures, and billing cold-start stalls are gone. These weren't flashy fixes. They were the kind of issues that erode trust one retry at a time. That stops here.
Bug Fixes
- Copied quotes now use current prices. Duplicating a quote was keeping the original prices locked in. Now it pulls the latest rates automatically, so you are always quoting from accurate figures.
- Automation notifications show the correct title. The notification title was displaying in Dutch regardless of the user's language setting. It now shows in the correct language.
- Automation editing opens the latest version. Opening an automation to edit was always loading version 1 instead of the most recent one. Now it opens where you left off.
- False low-stock warnings are gone. Stock warnings were triggering incorrectly when a threshold was set to zero or left empty. The ghost alerts are gone.
- Ticket statuses appear immediately. Newly created ticket statuses now show up right away without needing a page refresh.
- Project linking no longer removes quote lines. A regression was causing quote lines to disappear when linking a project to a record. This has been resolved.
- Stock data on object groups is working again. A schema update had broken this. It is restored.
- Scrollbar display in Safari. A minor display issue with the Toni suggestions scrollbar in Safari has been corrected.
- Schletter layout fixes. A number of layout issues specific to Schletter configurations have been resolved.
- Sunbeam integration headers. A header issue affecting the Sunbeam integration has been fixed.
- PV Designer template creation. An edge case preventing template creation in PV Designer in certain situations has been resolved.
New Features
Battery ROI, rebuilt from the ground up
ROI & Financial Analysis
The Battery ROI dialog has been completely redesigned. You now get KPI cards, an investment journey chart, an energy flow diagram, and a full breakdown view, all in one place. The new layout is also available directly in PDF quotes, so your clients see the same picture you do.
Bulk ticket updates
Task Management
You can now select multiple tickets at once and update assignees or due dates in a single action. Three assignee modes give you full control: add, replace, or remove. If you are managing a large project with a lot of moving parts, this one saves a serious amount of time.
Peppol e-invoicing for Belgian companies
Administration
Belgian companies can now send e-invoices via Peppol using KBO enterprise numbers. To get started, go to Management, Settings, Integrations, E-invoicing integrations, click the settings button, enable Peppol, and select your country and scheme type (VAT or KBO). Discounts and negative invoice lines are also processed correctly now, resolving a validation issue that was blocking some invoices from going through.
More control in the email builder
Email Builder
The email builder now supports more merge variables, raw HTML editing, and a wider inspector sidebar. You have more control over how your templates look and behave, without needing to leave the platform.
Smarter roof drawing in PV Designer
PV Designer
When drawing a rectangular roof, you are now asked to define the ridge side first, with a live preview as you go. Fewer layout mistakes, less time spent correcting orientation afterward.
Shared Microsoft mailboxes now visible
Microsoft 365 Integration
Delegated Microsoft 365 mailboxes now show up correctly in OpusFlow. If a shared mailbox was not appearing before, it will now.
Duplicate work order prevention for turbines
Ticket System
When creating a ticket for a turbine, you will now see a wa
rning if an open ticket already exists for that same turbine. A simple guard that prevents duplicate work orders before they cause confusion on-site.
Filter your pipeline Kanban by project manager
Kanban Boards
A new filter option lets you view the pipeline Kanban by project manager. Useful when you need a quick read on who owns what across the board.
Find contacts by phone number
Contact & CRM
Partial phone number search now works when looking up contacts. No need to remember an exact number to find who you are looking for.
