Introduction

100% Zonnig is a solar installation company based in the Wijchen–Uden region of the Netherlands. The company specializes in the installation of solar panels, home batteries, charging stations, electrical panels, and energy management systems. With a team of 22 dedicated professionals, 100% Zonnig serves both residential and commercial clients, including housing associations, within a 50-kilometer radius of their headquarters.

As a local market player, 100% Zonnig prides itself on delivering quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Their mission is to make renewable energy accessible while maintaining close, personal relationships with their customers is a value that extends throughout their operations, from advisory to installation and service.

The Challenges

Before implementing OpusFlow, 100% Zonnig relied heavily on fragmented systems and manual workflows. The team used various tools such as Google Sheets for project tracking, separate calendars for scheduling, and third-party applications for quotations and technical drawings which led to inefficiencies and data inconsistencies.

According to co-owner David van Duijnhoven, this scattered approach resulted in significant time spent on transferring data between systems and ensuring accuracy across departments. “We were always trying to connect data between different tools such as customer information, financials, quotations and that took a lot of time to get right,” he explained.

100% Zoning’s main goal was to unify their administrative, operational, and customer management processes into one platform. They needed a solution that could streamline workflows, reduce manual input, and improve collaboration among their advisors, planners, and installers.

The Solutions

In late 2024, 100% Zonnig began their transition to OpusFlow, officially going live in January 2025. The shift to a single, integrated system allowed them to bring all their processes from lead generation to service follow-up under one roof.

By implementing OpusFlow, 100% Zonnig successfully centralized all their workflows into a single, integrated solution eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools. Their website is directly linked to OpusFlow, allowing new leads to be captured automatically and immediately available for advisors to follow up. Within the same platform, advisors can contact potential clients, schedule inspections, and record findings, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Quotations are then created in their own house style, and clients can conveniently view, approve, or request adjustments directly through OpusFlow. 

With OpusFlow, 100% Zonnig is able to seamlessly manage not only for their B2C, but their B2B customers  as well. For their housing associations clients, the  service requests are automatically transferred from their websites to OpusFlow, where Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and service visits are managed and logged, creating a fully traceable process.

Through the integration of all departments into one connected system, 100% Zonnig has established a smooth and transparent workflow. Once a quotation is approved, the project seamlessly transitions to the work preparation team, who create technical drawings, compile material lists, and schedule installations, all within the same platform. 

Installation teams can then access every project detail directly through OpusFlow, ensuring they always have the correct documentation on-site and can carry out installations with confidence and precision. “By having everyone look at the same system, we only enter customer data once and everyone has access to the same information. There’s far less disruption and duplication.” David noted.

The Results

The adoption of OpusFlow has brought significant improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and organizational structure for 100% Zonnig.

OpusFlow assisted to improve efficiency and data consistency, since all departments from advisors to warehouse staff are all working within one system, 100% Zonnig has reduced redundant data entry and eliminated confusion caused by fragmented tools. Overall by bringing all teams onto one centralized platform, the company has achieved smoother communication and more effective coordination. As David described, “OpusFlow has become the backbone of our company. Everyone works in it, and everyone knows where to find the information they need.”

While initial resistance to change was natural, employees quickly adapted thanks to OpusFlow’s user-friendly design. The mobile and tablet compatibility made adoption even smoother for field technicians and installers.

For David, flexibility is what truly sets OpusFlow apart.
