Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the answers to the questions we are most frequently asked about the OpusFlow software solution. Is your question not among them? Feel free to contact support.

What is OpusFlow and who is it built for?

OpusFlow is an all-in-one business management platform built specifically for solar, heatpump, battery, charging stations and other sustainable energy installation companies. It connects your sales, operations, planning, warehouse, and finance in one system so your whole team works from the same data, not separate spreadsheets messaging apps or other external apps or software.

Does the planning take capacity & availability into account?

Yes! The OpusFlow planning module gives you a real-time view of your team’s capacity and availability, so your schedule stays accurate at all times.

What type of companies can use OpusFlow?

OpusFlow is built for sustainable installers: think solar, heat pumps, air conditioning, climate control, and wind farms. General installation companies are equally at home on the platform. Thanks to its modular setup, you simply switch off what you don’t need and focus on what matters to your business.

How does stock reservation work in OpusFlow?

When a project is confirmed, OpusFlow reserves the required stock against that project automatically, based on the Bill of Materials. The reservation is hard — meaning those items cannot be allocated to another project, eliminating the double-allocation problem that causes install-day shortages. Stock levels across your warehouses, vehicles, and staging locations all update in real time so you always have an accurate picture of what is actually available.

Can we categorise and prioritise tickets?

Yes. Ticket types are fully configurable, so you can set up categories that match how your business handles after-sales — for example Warranty, Maintenance, or Complaint. Each ticket also carries a priority level, so your team always has a clear view of what needs attention first and can filter and manage the queue accordingly.

Is onboarding included?

Onboarding is not included in the subscription price. It starts from €1,500 depending on the complexity of your setup. Your sales consultant will walk you through the exact cost during contract signing.

How does the automated billing work?

OpusFlow runs a billing engine every night that checks all active contracts and automatically generates invoices for any that are due. There is no manual step required and no risk of a billing run being forgotten because someone was on holiday. The system also includes built-in safeguards that prevent a customer from ever being billed twice for the same period.
