This period brings you stronger control across projects, quoting, customer collaboration, and finance. You can streamline day-to-day work with more flexible time registration, clearer quote configuration, and expanded customer portal capabilities, while key fixes improve reliability in invoicing and project data.

New Features

  • Trigger automations when project notes are added:
    You can now use a newly added project note as an automation trigger.
  • Personalize email templates with your company details:
    The email builder now includes company and branding variables, including support for using your company logo in templates and previews.
  • Track ticket check-in and check-out duration
    Tickets can now show and export the duration between check-in and check-out, including a decimal-hours view. This duration is also available when retrieving tickets through automations.
  • Add structured payment references to supported Exact Online invoices: 
    For Belgian Exact Online administrations, sales entries and sales invoices can now include a structured payment reference to support payment matching from bank imports.
  • Offer flexible article pricing in quotes:
    You can create multiple named price options for an article and select the appropriate option when adding it to a quote.
  • Let customers choose optional quote items:
    You can mark quote lines as optional, and customers can review and confirm which optional items to include with updated totals.
  • Let customers upload project documents securely:
    You can enable customer uploads in project documents within the customer portal. Customers can upload multiple files and delete files they uploaded, while uploaded files are clearly identified in OpusFlow.
  • Tailor homepage and navigation layouts by role:
    Admins can configure which homepage widgets and sidebar navigation items are available for each role, including their visibility and ordering.
  • Add battery ROI charts to PDF templates:
    You can add self-consumption and autonomy donut charts to PDF templates using Battery ROI values.
  • Update account managers across multiple projects:
    You can now change the account manager for multiple projects at once.
  • Notify ticket subscribers about new chat activity:
    Ticket subscribers can now receive in-app notifications when new chat activity is added to a ticket.

Bug Fixes

  • Residential projects: Fixed missing primary contacts
    Fixed an issue where the primary contact selected when creating a residential project did not appear in the project's Contacts list.
  • Battery calculator: Fixed large consumption-file uploads
    Fixed an issue that prevented larger consumption CSV files from being used in the battery calculator. Uploaded profiles also now populate the derived peak demand value in the consumption form.
  • Project Kanban: Fixed duplicate projects and incorrect totals
    Fixed an issue where changing filters or scrolling could duplicate projects and cause pipeline counts or values to include archived projects.
  • Datagrid presets: Fixed incomplete resets
    Fixed an issue where switching from a saved preset back to the default view could retain the previous preset's column order or widths.
  • Exact Online invoices: Fixed missing PDF attachments
    Fixed an issue where invoices integrated through the invoice integration action could be booked without their PDF attachment.
  • Ticket filters: Fixed user-filter results
    Fixed incorrect results when using "is empty" or "does not contain" filters on ticket users.
  • Stock thresholds: Fixed unauthorized editing access
    Fixed an issue that allowed users without the required stock-rule permission to open and edit stock threshold settings.
  • File previews: Restored PDF previews
    Fixed PDF preview functionality in the file preview experience.

Improvements

  • Manage project hours without leaving the project:
    You can add hours directly from a project and change the date as well as the time on existing hour registrations.
  • Control VAT behavior for grouped quote articles:
    You can now choose whether grouped sub-articles use the main article's VAT rate or their own configured VAT rates.
  • Keep shared ticket updates visible:
    The Full Circle ticket dialog now refreshes automatically so you can see another user's status or approval changes while viewing the ticket, without overwriting your active edits.
  • Strengthen Peppol invoice preparation:
    Peppol recipient registration is now checked before sending or finalizing eligible invoices, with a clear option to continue without Peppol when a recipient is not registered. Invoice line prices also retain greater precision to prevent validation issues, and private residential invoices no longer show an unnecessary Peppol prompt.
  • Customize visible quote-line columns:
    You can now control which columns are visible for quote lines, including in the quote creation flow.
