Changelog May 2026

This has been a packed release cycle. The highlights: a complete Leave Management system, Contracts module, a revamped Stock Mutation flow, and a brand-new Project Lifecycle Tracker, plus a wave of improvements to tickets, email templates, and integrations.

New Features

  • Leave Management: Your team's leave is now managed entirely within OpusFlow. Configure leave types (vacation, sick, personal), submit requests with a calendar view, and track balances, all with role-based approval flows. No more spreadsheets or external tools.
  • Contracts Module: Create, manage, and track contracts directly within OpusFlow. Set up payment flows, configure contract lines, and link contracts to your projects and customers. A fully integrated contract lifecycle from draft to signature.
  • Project Lifecycle Tracker: See exactly where every project stands at a glance. A new visual status progression bar shows your project's journey through each stage. Admins can configure which statuses appear on the tracker via a new "show on tracker" setting.
  • Lost Stage & Lost Reason Tracking: When a project doesn't go through, you now know why. Flag project statuses as "lost" stages, and when a project moves to that status, your team is prompted to select a reason. View and edit lost reasons directly on the project detail page, giving you valuable data for improving your win rate.
  • ENF Product Import: Import solar panels, batteries, and inverters directly from the ENF database into your article catalogue. Search the ENF library, select products, set your pricing, and you're ready to quote. No more manual data entry for product specs.
  • Stock Mutation V3: A completely redesigned stock mutation flow with a mobile-friendly UI. Add articles via a responsive bottom sheet, edit quantities inline, and manage draft mutations with a cleaner, faster interface.
  • ROI Battery Calculator: Advanced Levers: For consultants who want precision: opt-in levers for feed-in penalties (terugleverkosten), net metering phase-out cliff modeling, smart dispatch simulation, and split inflation rates. Defaults stay untouched. Enable what you need for more realistic payback projections.
  • iCalendar Invites in Emails: Your automated planning emails can now include .ics calendar invites. When you send a planning confirmation, your customer gets a calendar event they can accept directly. No more "what time was that again?" calls.
  • CommuniQate Project Linking: When starting a WhatsApp conversation via the automation builder, you can now pass the project ID as a metafield. This lays the groundwork for linking incoming messages back to the right project.
  • Ticket Kanban Filters: Filter your ticket kanban by country, multiple users (include/exclude), and date ranges on due date, start date, or creation date. Find the tickets that matter without scrolling.
  • Editable Ticket Types: You can now change a ticket's type after creation. When you do, the available statuses update dynamically to match the new type. No need to delete and recreate.
  • Automation Trigger: Ticket User Assignment: Automations can now trigger when a user is added to or updated on a ticket. Use this to send notifications, update fields, or kick off workflows when team assignments change.
  • Hour Registration: Exact Globe Sync: Sync hour registrations to Exact Globe directly from the datagrid. Use the per-row sync button or bulk-sync selected entries. Projects are auto-created in Globe if needed.
  • OpusAgent: Your AI Assistant in OpusFlow: Meet your new AI-powered co-worker inside OpusFlow. OpusAgent helps you create tickets, projects, and contacts, search across your data, build analytics charts, manage planning entries, log hour registrations, and configure datagrid presets, all through a simple chat. Just tell it what you need in your own language, and it handles the clicks for you. Want to know more? Ask your consultant or support. We're rolling this out to a select group of early adopters first and would love your feedback before the broader release.

Bug Fixes

  • PV Designer V2 on Custom Addresses: V2 was incorrectly disabled for projects with manually entered addresses (no country code). Now, if valid coordinates exist, V2 is available regardless of how the address was entered.
  • PV Designer V3 Session Token: Fixed an issue where the Google Maps session token wasn't fetched on V3 initialization, which could cause map display failures.
  • Stock Datagrid Row IDs: Fixed duplicate row warnings in the stock datagrid by including price_per_unit in the row identity. Entries with different unit prices are now correctly shown as separate rows.
  • Billing Run Retry Logic: Improved retry handling for billing runs to handle cold-start failures in Azure Functions, reducing intermittent billing errors.
  • Mail Template Metadata Editing: The gear icon on the mail templates datagrid now correctly opens the metadata editing dialog instead of doing nothing.

Improvements

  • Mail Template Preview on Hover: Hovering over a template in the mail templates list now shows a live preview popover. See the subject and rendered HTML body without opening the template.
  • Lazy-Loaded Tabs with Badge Counts: Project and CRM detail pages now load tabs on demand, making initial page loads faster. Tabs also show badge counts (number of contacts, emails, child projects, etc.) so you can see at a glance where the activity is.
  • Smarter Datagrid Filters: Nested relationship filters now merge correctly instead of overwriting each other. If you filter on multiple fields within the same relation, they all apply. No more dropped conditions.
  • Email Template Visibility Fix: Templates marked "hidden from all" are now correctly scoped. They're hidden only in the manual project email send flow. Quote, invoice, planning, and contract sends now properly surface all applicable templates. Template fetch limit also raised from 25 to 100.
  • Gmail Integration Date Fix: The Gmail integration no longer ignores emails that are older than the contact's creation date. All relevant emails are now synced regardless of when the contact was added.
  • PDF Generation Fix: JSONB columns in PDF templates are now fetched correctly, resolving cases where custom fields could appear empty in generated documents.
  • Schletter Strength Verification: PV Designer now includes Schletter mounting system strength verification for more accurate structural checks.

Why it matters

Your whole operation, one platform. Leave Management, Contracts, and the Project Lifecycle Tracker close three gaps that used to push your team into spreadsheets or external tools. HR leave requests, contract billing, and project stage visibility now live where the rest of your work already is.

AI that does the clicking for you. OpusAgent isn't a chatbot that points you to menus. It creates tickets, logs hours, builds charts, and manages planning entries on your behalf. Tell it what you need in plain language and skip the navigation entirely.

Sell with better data. Lost Reason tracking turns every missed deal into an insight. ENF product imports eliminate manual spec entry. The Battery ROI calculator's advanced levers let your consultants present numbers that match real-world economics, not rough estimates.

Fewer workarounds, less friction. Ticket type editing, kanban filters, smarter datagrid filters, and lazy-loaded tabs are the kind of refinements that save 30 seconds a dozen times a day. That adds up.

Integrations that just work. iCalendar invites land in your customer's calendar. Hour registrations sync to Exact Globe. Gmail pulls in every relevant email. CommuniQate links WhatsApp threads to the right project. Each one is a manual step you no longer have to remember.
