Changelog Late May 2026

The past two weeks were all about scale and control. Multi-Entity Finance arrives, Exact Online opens up for partners with your own credentials, BI Dashboards become genuinely shareable, and the Customer Portal lets your customers manage multiple organizations from one login. Plenty of smaller refinements landed too, keeping your daily workflow that little bit smoother.

New Features

Exact Online — Your App, Your Rules: Take back control of your accounting integration. You can now connect Exact Online using your own app credentials instead of sharing a platform-wide app. Activate per tenant, confirm the connection works before going live, and lock down incoming messages with a secret key. A serious win for partners managing accounting for multiple installers.

BI Dashboards — Sharing & Permissions: Stop screenshotting your dashboards. You can now share dashboards with specific users or departments, choosing view-only or edit access. A new 3-step creation flow makes setting up a dashboard quicker and clearer, and you can pin the ones you use most, export individual widgets or entire dashboards, and see at a glance who built the view you're looking at.

Customer Portal — Organization Switcher: One login, every organization. Customers who belong to multiple organizations can now switch between them from a single header dropdown in the Customer Portal — automatically, no setup required. No more juggling separate accounts for the same person.

Google Calendar Invites for Planning: Land directly in your customer's calendar. Planning entries now generate Google Calendar invites natively, on top of the .ics invites we shipped earlier this month. Send a planning confirmation and the event shows up in their calendar with the right attendees and time — no extra clicks.

Project Sub-Sources with UTM Tracking: Know exactly which campaign brought the lead in. Configure sub-sources beneath your main lead sources, capture UTM parameters on every incoming project, and automatically reassign projects when a sub-source is removed. Your marketing finally gets the attribution it deserves.

Ticket Comments in Project Notes: One feed for everything happening on a project. Comments left on a project's tickets now show up in the project notes overview, chronologically alongside your other notes. You see the full story of a project without bouncing between tickets.

Primary Contact on Commercial Projects: Set the right contact from the start. When creating a commercial project, you can now nominate a primary contact up front instead of going back to add it afterwards.

Configurable "Finished" Project Statuses: You decide what "done" means. Admins can now flag any project status as "finished" via a new editable option on the status configuration. That flag drives reporting, filtering, and the project lifecycle logic — your definition, not ours.

CommuniQate — Pass More Context Into WhatsApp: Link any record into a WhatsApp conversation. The CommuniQate automation action now supports multiple custom data fields instead of just the project ID. Link tickets, planning entries, or any other record straight into the thread.

Esdec Rail System Selection: Get accurate Esdec bills of materials the first time. When configuring an Esdec substructure in PV Designer V2, you can now pick the rail system from a dropdown, so the bill of materials matches what you'll actually order.

Project Kanban — Ticket Badges: Spot active work at a glance. Every project card on the kanban now shows a color-coded ticket icon and an open-ticket count badge. You see where the action is without opening a single project.

Bug Fixes

Saved Views: Fixed an issue where your column order could reset when switching filters. Your saved layout now sticks.

Forms: Form fills linked to a project through a planning entry now show a clickable project name, so you can jump straight to the project from the form.

Automations Lite — Ticket Deadlines: Ticket deadlines can now be set up to 24 months out — previously they were being silently capped.

Automations Lite — User Fields: Dynamic user assignments now route correctly when used in user-select fields.

Form Validation: Fixed a regression that allowed certain invalid form fills to slip past validation.

Improvements

Projects List — Filter by Multiple Countries: You can now filter the Projects list by multiple countries at once, instead of one country at a time. A small change that makes a big difference for international groups.

Lost Reason — Smoother Editing: Follow-up polish on the Lost Reason tracking shipped earlier this month: cleaner inline editing and clearer presentation on the project detail page.

Quotes List — Cleaner Default View: Removed the long-unused "Type" column from the Quotes list so your default view shows the columns you actually use.

Translated Field Labels in Automations: Custom field labels in CommuniQate and other automation actions are now translated across all supported languages.

Exact Online — Activation Polish: Smoother activation, connection setup, and reconnect flows across the Exact Online integration.

Why it matters

Scale: Multi-Entity Finance and Exact Online BYO credentials mean OpusFlow now grows with your group structure instead of forcing you to compromise.

Visibility: BI Dashboards with sharing & permissions, ticket comments in project notes, and project kanban ticket badges all point the same direction — the information you need, where you're already looking.

Attribution: Project sub-sources with UTM tracking turn every incoming lead into measurable marketing data, automatically.

Customer Experience: The organization switcher in the Customer Portal removes one of the last reasons your customers had to email you instead of self-serving.

Precision: The Esdec rail system dropdown means the bill of materials matches what you'll actually order — no more mismatches caught at the warehouse.

We're building OpusFlow to work the way you do — reliably, simply, and always improving.

What can I expect?

"I saw the system and immediately knew OpusFlow was what I needed. I've tried competitor software at the expo as well, but none of them, even to this day, come close to what OpusFlow can do."
