On November 18th, a global outage at Cloudflare caused a temporary disruption to several OpusFlow services, including PDF generation, chart creation, and authentication for users in specific regions.

Although the root cause was external, our engineering team was able to fully restore all functionalities by migrating affected services to an alternative cluster. We have now implemented additional measures to improve the resilience of our platform going forward.
