you asked...

Can different team members see different dashboards?

Yes. Dashboard configurations are role-based, so you can assign different views to different parts of the organisation. A warehouse manager sees stock and procurement metrics. A financial controller sees revenue and invoice data. A business owner sees the full picture. Nobody is presented with data that is irrelevant to their role, and sensitive metrics are only visible to the people who should see them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the answers to the questions we are most frequently asked about the OpusFlow software solution. Is your question not among them? Feel free to contact support.

Can we categorise and prioritise tickets?

Yes. Ticket types are fully configurable, so you can set up categories that match how your business handles after-sales — for example Warranty, Maintenance, or Complaint. Each ticket also carries a priority level, so your team always has a clear view of what needs attention first and can filter and manage the queue accordingly.

Does OpusFlow integrate with other tools we already use?

Yes. OpusFlow connects with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for calendar and email, external accounting packages via API export, wholesale product catalogues via 2BA, and payment processing via Mollie for automated SEPA billing. It also connects to Zapier for endless possibilities.

More integrations are added regularly and you can check out all possible integrations here.

Can I track the progress of a project at each stage?

Yes! At every stage of a project you have a clear overview of the status, budget, timeline and all relevant documents, so you always know exactly where things stand.

What type of companies can use OpusFlow?

OpusFlow is built for sustainable installers: think solar, heat pumps, air conditioning, climate control, and wind farms. General installation companies are equally at home on the platform. Thanks to its modular setup, you simply switch off what you don’t need and focus on what matters to your business.

Do my consultants need technical training to use the calculation tools?

The tools are designed to be used on-site by sales consultants, not engineers. The PV Designer handles string validation and technical checks automatically, flagging errors without requiring the user to understand the underlying rules. The battery and heat pump calculators guide the user through a step-by-step input flow and generate the recommendation from there. Most consultants are comfortable running a full calculation independently within their first few demos.

How granular is the role and permission system?

Very. OpusFlow’s Role-Based Access Control lets you define permissions at the individual module, record type, and field level. You can restrict a user to read-only access on financial data while giving them full edit rights on projects, for example. Permissions are assigned via profiles that you can apply to multiple users at once, so updating a role type updates everyone assigned to it in a single action.

How long does an onboarding take?

Where a traditional ERP implementation can take months or even years, OpusFlow is designed to get you up and running in just a few weeks. The platform works intuitively, which means less time spent on training and significant cost savings from the start.
