December changelog updates

December was a month of major milestones for OpusFlow. We have unlocked compliance for Belgium with Peppol e-invoicing, introduced smarter ways for your customers to approve proposals instantly, and launched powerful integrations for our German and Dutch installers. Alongside these big releases, we have made dozens of improvements to keep your daily workflow smooth.

New Features

  • Peppol E-Invoicing (Belgium): Send invoices that are fully compliant with the Belgian B2B mandate. You can now generate e-invoices and send them securely via the Peppol network directly from OpusFlow.
  • Instant Proposal Approval: Stop chasing clients by phone. You can now add "Approve / Reject" buttons directly to your planning proposal emails. Clients confirm appointments with one click.
  • Sunbeam Integration: Seamlessly order solar mounting materials. You can now view the full Sunbeam catalog.
  • BOM Privacy Control: We added a "Hide from Material List" option for articles. This lets you keep sensitive items (like sales commissions or fees) invisible to technicians while keeping them on the financial invoice.
  • Role-Based Planning Types: You can now restrict specific Appointment Types to specific User Roles. This prevents errors like Sales employees accidentally scheduling a "Final Installation" instead of a "Site Survey."
  • High-Res Maps (Germany): We have integrated ultra-sharp aerial imagery (DOP20) for all 16 German federal states. You can now design with 20cm precision nationwide.

Bug Fixes

  • Quote Generation: Fixed an issue where adding inverters in the PV Designer sometimes prevented the quote from loading.
  • Calendar Export: The "Export As URL" button now works correctly on Safari (macOS/iOS).
  • Project Filters: Fixed a crash when filtering by address in the Project Kanban view.
  • Dark Mode: Fixed broken colors in Dark Mode that made some text unreadable.
  • Automations: Fixed an issue where saving automations containing emails could fail.
  • Account Managers: The Account Manager field now auto-fills immediately when creating a project without needing to scroll.
  • BOM Generation: Fixed an error preventing material lists from generating for Valk Ace systems.
  • Notifications: Clicking a "New Ticket" notification now takes you straight to the ticket instead of the home screen.
  • Invoice Layout: Fixed alignment issues with Tax Codes in German invoice templates and ensured the customer's City is displayed correctly instead of the Province.
  • PV Templates: "Height above sea level" is no longer a mandatory field in templates, as it is auto-filled during design.
  • Delivery Notes: Improved the readability of string numbers on printed delivery notes for installers.

Improvements

  • Review Comments History: Purchase Order review comments now show a full history log with who said what and when, ensuring a clear audit trail.
  • Warehouse Location Export: You can now export stock rules for a specific shelf or aisle, making spot-checks much easier.
  • Large File Uploads: We have lifted the limit. You can now upload PDF files larger than 4MB to tickets and projects.
