This month is all about visibility and control. We rebuilt your entire Stock Dashboard from the ground up and launched a brand-new Standalone Battery Calculator. Layer on tighter Belgian e-invoicing compliance and dozens of refinements under the hood, and your day-to-day just got a whole lot smoother.

New Features

  • The New Stock Dashboard: total visibility over every article, finally. We rebuilt stock management from the ground up. You can now forecast shortages *before* they happen, get smart reorder suggestions grouped by supplier, set custom min/max thresholds per article, and move stock between locations in a couple of clicks. And yes — articles sitting at zero stock now stay visible, so you'll never miss a reorder again.
  • Standalone Battery Calculator: You can now open a dedicated battery calculator from the management area, walk through a guided wizard, and get instant payback and ROI figures - complete with an overview page, search, and clickable steps. It even falls back to live ENTSO-E energy prices when needed, so your numbers reflect the real market. We also built it right into the quote flow  - pick a battery, and the system handles pricing, inverters, and tax for you.
  • Peppol Pre-Flight Validation: catch invoice errors before they cost you. For our Belgian installers - we now validate every invoice against Peppol e-invoicing rules before you finalize it. No more rejected invoices and manual rework; if something's missing, you'll know upfront.
  • Purchase Order Deliveries: book what actually arrived. You can now book deliveries directly against your purchase order lines and assign them to the right location, keeping your stock numbers honest the moment goods hit the warehouse.
  • 2BA Catalog Integration (NL): your supplier data, always in sync. Search the 2BA catalog, publish your articles, and keep supplier data current without the manual entry.
  • More Mounting Systems in PV Designer. We added PanelClaw support and reworked our Valk integration, so your roof designs match more of the hardware you actually install.
  • API Expansion: connect more of your projects. We extended our machine-to-machine API so external systems can pull all projects and read, add, and update project notes.

Bug Fixes

  • Invoicing (Peppol): Fixed PDF attachments that were missing the invoice number and date, and corrected the scheme used during finalize.
  • Projects: Fixed an empty contact list in the project Assign dialog.
  • Planning: Travel distance now calculates from the previous appointment instead of always from home, and the entry dialog closes automatically after an update.
  • Forms: Fixed an error when creating a reusable form section, and stopped the floating "Create Invoice" button from overlapping the form.
  • Tickets: Fixed the attendance category column in the ticket overview.
  • PV Designer: Fixed image uploads and a crash on step 2.
  • Integrations: Corrected field naming and reference-length limits for the Communiqate and Clickker integrations, and fixed company linking.

Improvements

  • Make your catalog yours: Article types now support custom icons and appearances, so your team spots the right category at a glance.
  • Company variables in PDF templates: Drop company details straight into your templates as variables - set it once, reuse everywhere.
  • Faster dropdowns: We optimized how entity lists load, so large accounts no longer wait around for them to appear.
  • Smarter search: Company search now matches on reference number, and your contact email panel now includes Gmail-synced messages.
  • Sharper battery & inverter data: We enriched our ENF database with extra properties and a new annual degradation calculation for more accurate long-term projections.
