Changelog March 2026

March 2026 brought a substantial set of updates to OpusFlow, spanning new integrations, smarter planning tools, and a wide range of stability improvements. This month's release reflected direct feedback from your teams and addressed long-standing friction points across projects, contacts, invoicing, and automation. Read on for everything that changed.

New Features

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Integration: Your Google or Outlook calendar events, team availability, and client emails are now accessible directly within OpusFlow, giving planners and sales reps a unified view without switching between tools.
  • 2BA Product Search Interface: You can now search the 2BA database by product name, EAN, or article code from within OpusFlow, making it faster to locate supplier products and add them to your projects without manual lookups.
  • Skonto (Early Payment Discount) Support: Finance managers in the DACH region can now add Skonto terms to invoices and partial invoices, ensuring your payment documents meet local compliance requirements.
  • Energy Flow Visualization on Quotes: Quotes now include a visual energy flow diagram showing how battery storage reduces energy lost to the grid, giving your customers an immediate and intuitive picture of the system's value.
  • Break Rule Configuration in accordance to German labor laws (ArbZG): Administrators can now configure global and per-user break and work-hour rules from a centralized settings tab, giving you consistent control over how working time is calculated across your organization.
  • Project List Filter and Layout Persistence: The Project List now preserves your active filters, search queries, and column widths when you navigate away and return, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
  • Tags Column in Contacts Table: The Contacts table now includes a visible Tags column, making it easier to identify and segment contacts at a glance without opening each record.
  • Contact Tags in Project Contact Overview: The project contact table now displays a Tags column with the same colored labels used elsewhere in the platform, giving you consistent contact context from within any project.
  • Parent Company Navigation Improvements: Finding and navigating between parent companies and their associated accounts is now clearer, with improved visibility across the company hierarchy.
  • Quote Search by Quote ID or Number: You can now search for a quote directly using its ID or quote number, reducing the time spent locating the right document in large quote lists.
  • Project Tags in the Planning Module: Project tags are now visible within the planning module, helping your planners quickly identify and filter work by the classifications already set on each project.
  • Create Planning Event from a Ticket: You can now create a planning event directly from within a ticket, removing the need to switch modules when scheduling follow-up work.
  • Company Change Cascades to Sub-projects: When you update the company on a main project, all associated sub-projects are now updated automatically, keeping your project hierarchy consistent without manual corrections.
  • Draft Forms Visible to All Project Users: Concept (draft) forms are now visible to all users with access to the relevant project, ensuring your team can review and act on forms before they are finalized.

Bug Fixes

  • Incorrect or Unresolvable Project Addresses: New projects submitted with valid addresses were not being found or stored correctly. This has been resolved.
  • Document Templates Filling Incorrect Data: Templates were populating fields with outdated or irrelevant information. Templates now apply only the data defined within the current template configuration.
  • Article Page Type Filter Not Working: The Type filter dropdown on the articles page was empty and non-functional. The filter now loads and applies correctly.
  • BOM Update and Ignore Not Working in V2: The update and ignore action on the bill of materials was incorrectly re-updating the BOM. This behavior has been corrected.
  • Project Export Timeout on Large Datasets: Exporting projects with a high volume of records and quote totals was causing a timeout. The export process has been optimized to handle large datasets reliably.
  • Unable to Remove a Form from a Project: Attempting to delete a form from a project returned an error instead of removing it. Forms can now be deleted as expected.
  • Parent Company Project Count Incorrect: Contact project counts were not rolling up or displaying correctly at the parent company level. The count now reflects all associated projects accurately.
  • Socket Closed Error on Planning Form Submission: A network socket error was preventing form submissions in planning entries for multiple clients. This connection issue has been resolved.
  • Child Objects Toggle Filtering Incorrectly: The Child Objects toggle was not correctly distinguishing between direct children and all descendants across related tabs. Depth-level filtering now behaves as intended.
  • Contact Submission Failing on Uppercase Email Addresses: API contact submissions were rejected when email addresses contained uppercase letters. Email validation now handles mixed-case input correctly.
  • Project Document Name-Based Grouping Filters Not Working: Filter options for grouping documents by name were not applying correctly. Document grouping filters now work as expected.
  • Selected Inverter Missing from Manage Items View: The chosen inverter was not appearing in the Manage Items view, and VAT was defaulting to 0% on the final quote. Both issues have been corrected.
  • Website Field Missing When Creating a Company: The website field was absent from the company creation form in settings, and links entered without https:// behaved incorrectly in the client portal. Both have been fixed.
  • Modifying Article Key Deleting All Article Details: Editing the key field of an article in Management Settings caused all article details in the database to disappear. This destructive behavior has been prevented, and the associated button label has been corrected.
  • Child Objects Toggle Filtering Incorrectly: The "Child Objects" toggle was not correctly distinguishing between direct children and all descendants. Depth-level filtering now behaves as intended.

Improvements

  • Partial Invoice Discount Calculation: Partial invoice amounts are now calculated against the net total after discounts, rather than the gross total, producing accurate figures for your customers.
  • Automations Lite — Department Field Persistence: The selected department is now correctly saved when creating a ticket action in Automations Lite and no longer resets on save.
  • Automations Lite — Ticket Title Character Limit: Long ticket titles in Automations Lite are no longer silently truncated. You will now receive a clear indication when a title exceeds the allowed length.
  • Side Panel Refresh on Ticket Actions: The side panel now correctly refreshes its data when you switch directly between multiple Create Ticket actions, preventing stale content from appearing.
