This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
The offer is not available to existing OpusFlow clients.
The offer is not available to companies or individuals who have already booked or completed a demo with OpusFlow but have not yet committed to a paid license.
The FREE onboarding offer applies only to companies with up to 25 employees.
Companies with 25 or more employees are eligible for a 50% discount on onboarding.
To qualify for either the 100% free onboarding or the 50% discount, you must complete payment of 25% of your yearly license fees within 2 weeks of your first demo.
- Your demo must take place within 30 days of the deadline of the promotion to be applicable for the discount.
- This discount is only applicable for companies that subscribe on a year plan.
The 25% license fee payment is non-refundable and must be received in full and cleared funds before the deadline.
Any remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of the onboarding start date.
The offer is valid for sign-ups made on or before the date as advertised above.
Onboarding must begin within 14 days of payment to remain eligible for the promotion.
Offer availability may be subject to scheduling capacity, and onboarding slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The offer applies per company, not per user or subsidiary.
Onboarding discounts cover standard onboarding services only; any custom integrations, training add-ons, or advanced support are not included and may incur additional costs.
Discounts cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
If a company’s employee count increases beyond 25 before onboarding begins, OpusFlow reserves the right to adjust the applicable discount accordingly.
OpusFlow reserves the right to verify company size and eligibility before applying the discount.
In case of any dispute, OpusFlow’s decision shall be final and binding.
OpusFlow reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
This promotion and all related agreements are governed by Dutch law.
By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
