Projects

• Date when quotation was sent and approved is now visible
• Notes now have more space, so you have to scroll less
• Downloading a quote from the general overview now opens in a new tab
• It is now possible to search by phone number for projects and contacts
• Tickets are visible again in projects
• Satellite image is now zoomed in instead of the entire Dutch map
• Notes removed from right column
• Discount is now also included in the margin calculation when making a quotation
• When sending a quote, you can now add and use your own email template (template must first be created by)

PV-Designer

• The name of a layout plan is now automatically used for the quotation name, you can also change the name yourself afterwards by double clicking on it in the quotation list
• More subtle scrolling in the map
• It is again possible to select multiple groups of panels at once
• When changing polygon drawn roof surfaces the dots work again

Work preparation

GOOD

• By default, all items now have the status approved, so if you agree, you only need to click on approve
• Competencies are now automatically synchronized, it is always possible to do a manual synchronization
• Clearer indication of what the revised/final number is after approval

Purchasing & Stock

• Items are not visible on incoming transactions and purchase orders when the item is not in stock
• BOM can be loaded with stock changes (if there is insufficient stock of a particular item, these will not be included in the outgoing stock change. We are currently not reporting this).
• Searching for items when making a change is now visually clearer, holding your mouse over the item will scroll the item name if it is too long
• Purchase orders can be created for testing, please note that this is still in development, so the created purchase orders may no longer be usable later.
• If there is only one warehouse when making a change, this is selected by default

UI

• Welcome backhas been removed from the home screen to create more space
• Clearer indication of test environment by means of red barMenu
• SolarFlow is no longer visible, this was unnecessary
• Under projects now only "Everything" is listed instead of residential and commercial
• Link “Form templates” under groups moved to “Management”
• Link “Groups” under administration moved to “Planning” and renamed to “Teams”
• Link “Groups” under projects moved to “Management > Projects”General
• Quote lines can now be made invisible on quotes via the settings
• There was sometimes an error when assigning people to tickets, this has now been resolved.

Dashboarding

• Several types of graphs have been added that you can now use
