Changelog – August 2026

August brought sharper timelines, more reliable accounting syncs, and powerful new bulk tooling. From cleaner project views to smarter Exact Online matching and one-click PDF batches, this month is all about making your everyday workflows faster and more dependable.

New Features

  • Video and file links in PDF templates
    Video and file attachments that are shown on a PDF file, will now render as a clickable poster. Clicking on this will now open the video!
  • Project identifier field on projects
    The project create and edit forms have been expanded with an identifier field. This is used for integration tooling such as Exact Globe or as an extra field to further specify a specific project.
  • Generate PDFs for multiple form submissions at once
    You can now select multiple submitted form fills and generate their PDFs in a single action, delivered as one downloadable archive. Non-submitted rows are skipped automatically, and you still get your files even if some entries can't be generated.
  • Custom GL account when finalizing invoices with Exact Online
    Exact Online Integration: When finalizing invoices, you can now choose the preferred GL account that applies to all invoice lines or leave it empty to keep your existing article-type and default settings behaviour.

Bug Fixes

  • Exact Online missing debtor matches
    Exact Online Integration: Resolved an issue where the debtor link drawer showed that matches existed but only offered to create a new record. Existing debtors are now correctly listed as selectable options, and the "matches found" notice only appears when there are actual results.
  • ROI figures across cards, quotes, and PDFs
    Corrected the battery calculator so card previews, finalized ROI views, quote charts, and exported PDFs all share the same calculation inputs and payback timing. Manually added calculator articles now also correctly appear on generated PDFs.
  • Van der Valk BOM validation and errors
    Adjusted and corrected frequent input and configuration errors when generating bills of materials using Van der Valk, including pitched-roof geometry and required settings. You will now get clear and proper error messages with highlighted fields when something is wrong.
  • Resolved email template selector hidden on mobile
    Resolved an issue where the email template selector was hidden on mobile devices.

Improvements

  • Project timeline makeover
    The timeline that can be seen on the project page has gotten a make-over! Project, ticket, and planning timelines now show the correct status names and colors for each type instead of the undescriptive number.
    Planning entries display clear, readable date-times. An additional filter has been added to specifically toggle the status changes of a project.
  • Exact Globe project linking for existing numbers
    Exact Globe Integration: Adjusted project integration with Exact Globe, when a project number already exists within Globe, it will correctly link to that project, allowing two-way synchronization
