1. Eligibility & Demo Booking

• This promotion applies to any company that books a demo between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026, provided the demo booking is made no later than 31 December 2025.

• The demo itself may take place up to 31 January 2026.

• This offer is not available to existing OpusFlow clients.

• This offer is not available to companies or individuals who have already booked or completed a demo with OpusFlow prior to this promotion and have not yet committed to a paid licence.

• The offer applies per company, not per individual user or subsidiary.

2. Promotional Discount

• Eligible customers will receive €3,500 off the standard (Bronze) onboarding package.

• The discount applies only to the Basic/Bronze onboarding package.

• The discount does not apply to custom integrations, training add-ons, advanced support, or any non-standard onboarding services.

3. Payment Requirements

To qualify for the €3,500 onboarding discount:

1. A minimum 25% deposit of the total licence fees must be:

   • Paid within 2 weeks after the first demo

   • This 25% payment is non-refundable.

2. The remaining balance of all licence and onboarding fees must be:

   • Paid within 14 days of the onboarding start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the assigned OpusFlow Account Executive.

3. This discount is only available to companies subscribing to an annual plan.

4. Onboarding Requirements

• Onboarding must begin within 14 days of the payment of the deposit to remain eligible for the promotion.

• Onboarding availability may be subject to scheduling capacity and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Offer Limitations

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.

• Discounts cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

• OpusFlow reserves the right to verify company size and eligibility before applying the discount.

6. Validity

• The offer is valid for sign-ups made between 1 and 31 December 2025.

• OpusFlow may modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law & Acceptance

• In case of dispute, OpusFlow’s decision is final and binding.

• This promotion and all related agreements are governed by Dutch law.

• By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
