OpusFlow quotation page revamped: A simpler, smarter Way to create quotes

Creating professional quotations is a critical part of winning deals and keeping clients informed. That is why at OpusFlow, we are continuously evolving to make our software even more efficient and user-friendly.

We are thrilled to unveil the newly revamped Quotation Page, built to give users a faster, more flexible, and more intuitive experience from start to finish.

Create your quotations step by step with our new interface

The next time you open a quotation, you will immediately notice the fresh and modern interface—organized into three logical steps, each representing a stage of the quotation process:

  1. Quote Details: Here, you can modify the quotation name, set the validity period, and view or add project notes.
  2. Articles: This is where you can add and edit all the items in the quotation. You can change prices, update tax codes, and more.
  3. Finalize & Send: In this final step, you can review the entire quotation, add comments for your client, and send the quote directly through the customer portal.

When you open an existing quotation, OpusFlow automatically takes you to the correct stage of the quote—saving time and helping you focus on what still needs to be done.

More flexibility in tweaking quotes

As mentioned in the Articles step, this section offers maximum flexibility for managing line items in your quotation. Let’s explore what you can do:

  • Change or add articles and adjust their prices or tax codes with just a few clicks.
  • To change the quantity of an item, simply double-click the number, type the new amount, and press Enter. There is no need to hit a save button.
  • Changing the tax code for an article is as easy as selecting from a drop-down menu. You can even apply tax code changes in bulk for an entire category.
  • To add an article that already exists in your system, just enter the quantity, search for it in the drop-down menu, select the tax code, and click Add. That’s it!

Find articles faster with advanced filters

No more endless scrolling through a drop-down menu to find the right article.

With our new Filter button, you can easily search by article type and narrow down your selection, helping you find what you need in seconds.

Create a new article without leaving the quote page

One of our most powerful upgrades: you can now create a new article directly from within the quotation page—no need to leave and head over to the Stock module.

Just open the article drop-down at the bottom of the page, click the Create button, fill in your article details, and save. The new article will be immediately available both in the drop-down menu and in your stock list. Designed for efficiency—this feature ensures you can keep working without interruption.

Drawer menu to maximize workspace

In the Articles step, you will notice a new drawer menu on the right-hand side of the screen. This layout innovation gives you more space to focus on your articles, reducing visual clutter.

Click the drawer to open it and review important quote details such as:

  • Validity period
  • Email status
  • ROI calculations
  • And more

You can easily close the drawer again to maximize your workspace.

Write a custom comment for your client

In the final Finalize & Send step, we have added a comment section where you can write personalized notes or messages for your client.

Any comments you include here will appear directly in the PDF quotation that your client receives—keeping communication clear and tailored.

Duplicate quotes instantly

Need to create a similar quotation quickly? You can now duplicate any quotation with a single click using the Advanced button. This instantly creates a copy of the current quotation and opens it for editing. This button is perfect for situations where you need to create multiple quotes with minor variations.
