About the role

We’re looking for a confident, driven Software Consultant who enjoys taking ownership of full software implementations. You’ll be the face of OpusFlow for new clients: guiding them through onboarding, configuring the platform around their way of working, and making sure they get maximum value from day one. You build the relationships, you solve the problems, and you turn new customers into long-term fans. Because your work is hands-on and client-facing, you’ll be based in our Deventer office five days a week while you’re being trained, until you’re fully up to speed and able to work independently. After that, there’s room for flexibility.
  • Onboard new clients and guide the full OpusFlow implementation from start to finish.
  • Configure the platform to fit each client’s workflows and business processes.
  • Train client teams to use the software effectively from day one.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation phase.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during onboarding.
  • Work closely with Sales for a smooth handover once a deal closes.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with our Product team.
  • Document each implementation and prepare clean handover notes for Customer Success.
  • Help us build and strengthen the team, share what you learn, improve how we work, and support your colleagues as we grow.

  • Experience in a similar SaaS role: you’ve worked with (or implemented) software-as-a-service products before and know how they’re delivered.
  • Client-facing experience: you’re comfortable and confident dealing directly with customers, presenting to groups, and leading a room.
  • A solid understanding of business processes and workflows: you can quickly grasp how a client operates and translate that into the right setup.
  • English as a second language: you communicate fluently and professionally in English (Dutch is a must, German is a bonus).
  • Willing to be in the office five days a week during training, until you’re fully trained and able to work independently.
  • A team player who wants to help build: you’re motivated to strengthen the team, not just do your own thing.
  • HBO-level working and thinking ability. ERP experience is a strong plus.
