The ERP Energy Installers Actually Need
While the energy transition was accelerating across Europe, the companies doing the physical work
were still running their businesses on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual admin.
OpusFlow saw the gap and decided to close it.

How it all began
Back in 2020, we came across a problem we couldn’t ignore. A fast-growing sustainable installation company with 80 employees, serious ambitions, a full pipeline of projects… but no software that could actually support the way they worked.
We looked at everything the market had to offer. None of it was good enough. Legacy interfaces, disconnected tools and a graveyard of generic ERPs that had never been built with this industry in mind.
We could have built them a custom solution and moved on. But the more we looked into it, the clearer it became that this wasn’t one company’s problem. Sustainable installers across Europe were scaling fast, taking on more projects, growing their teams and managing all of it on software that was never designed for them. The opportunity wasn’t to solve it once. It was to solve it properly, for the whole industry.
So we made a decision. We set aside everything else, spent a year developing the product from the ground up and launched OpusFlow in November 2022.
The response was immediate. Over 100 inbound requests within the first day. The gap we thought we’d identified turned out to be even larger than we’d anticipated.
Since then, we’ve raised funding from angel investors and venture capital, grown to a team of 40 and expanded across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Spain. Our ambition has grown with every milestone. But the reason we started hasn’t changed.
Sustainable installers are doing essential work. They deserve software that matches their scale, their complexity and their pace. That’s what we’re here to build.

FAQ's
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
What is OpusFlow and who is it built for?
OpusFlow is an all-in-one business management platform built specifically for solar, heatpump, battery, charging stations and other sustainable energy installation companies. It connects your sales, operations, planning, warehouse, and finance in one system so your whole team works from the same data, not separate spreadsheets messaging apps or other external apps or software.
How is OpusFlow different from a generic CRM or ERP?
Generic tools aren’t built around the way installation businesses work. OpusFlow includes industry-specific features out of the box; PV system design, energy simulation, BOM-to-purchase-order automation, subsidy tracking, and field forms with on-site signatures. You don’t need to configure workarounds for things that should already be there.
Can my sales team build quotes and ROI proposals on-site?
Yes. OpusFlow includes a built-in PV designer, energy simulation engine, heatpump and ROI calculator. Your sales consultants can design the system, model a 25-year financial projection, and hand the client a professional proposal all in a single appointment, without waiting for back-office sign-off.
How does OpusFlow help with planning and scheduling?
The planning module replaces whiteboards and group chats with a live drag-and-drop calendar. When a job changes, the whole team is notified instantly via smart automations. Conflict detection prevents double-bookings, and every scheduled job is linked directly to its project record so field teams have everything they need before they arrive on-site.
Does OpusFlow work for field technicians too, or just office teams?
Both. Field technicians get a mobile-first experience. Their daily schedule, job brief, materials list, and digital forms are all on their phone before they leave the depot. They can submit checklists, capture photos, collect signatures, and log hours directly on-site. No paper, no Friday-afternoon catch-up.
What is OpusAI and what can it do?
OpusAI is a conversational AI assistant built directly into OpusFlow. Because it has full context of your entire account, every project, schedule, invoice, and BOM, you can ask it to do real work. Generate a margin report, reschedule a week, draft a proposal email, flag overdue jobs, or create a purchase order. In plain language, in seconds.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Most teams are operational within a few weeks. OpusFlow is configured around your workflows by our team before go-live and your job types, project stages, and team structure are set up for you. Onboarding is guided, support is included, and you don’t need an IT department to get started.
Does OpusFlow integrate with other tools we already use?
Yes. OpusFlow connects with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for calendar and email, external accounting packages via API export, wholesale product catalogues via 2BA, and payment processing via Mollie for automated SEPA billing. It also connects to Zapier for endless possibilities.
More integrations are added regularly and you can check out all possible integrations here.
